Steve Moir and Cory Balano here.
We are finally ready to list our washroom building with PIN. I believe our
conversation was $150 to list and a $1,000 upon completion of sale? It has been
a while so feel free to double check those #’s. The building is described as the
following;
SEMI POTABLE WASHROOM
BUILDING 24’x 40’ divided by a mechanical service hallway each side (men’s &
women’s) contain 15 fixtures each; 5 toilets/ stalls, 5 one piece fibreglass
shower stalls, 5 sinks and mirrors per side. Building is designed and built to
be easily separated and reassembled. The plumbing drains under the building are
connected by rubber reusable couplings, just friction fit and tighten the hose
clamps, no glue required. Forced air propane/ gas furnace no leaks this building
is in tip top shape and ready to go. The front of the building has cedar planks
over the tin, these can be easily removed or left in place. Building comes with
all of the cribbing, skirting and cement pads. Ideal for a campground, events
site, remote jobsite, adventure companies and anywhere that a permanent
structure may not be permitted.
PRICE $23,500 OBO will consider
trade or partial trade for WHY.
